to honor the Superheroes in the Greenville Health System for all of the lives they saved fighting
Covid-19. They walked 6.2 miles during the week and raised $125 plus the entry fee for
Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas! YAAAY!

December 2020 YESSS! WOOOOHOOOO! 80 bags of food were purchased which equaled 417 lbs of food for Harvest Hope Food Bank to give to families for Christmas. Thank you, Mauldin Community, Maudin Civitan Club, and Ingles grocery store.🎄🍽🥘

8-20-2020 CIVITAN BEACH BASH (Covid style) We took beach themed party decorations and favors to National Health Care Mauldin for their Beach Bash. We also paid for Greenville News Sunday paper for 7 months for them.

What a wonderful time we had at the Generations Boys’ Home 4th of July Car Parade! Mauldin Civitan had 4 cars representing our club. We may have had more fun than the boys did!

CHRISTMAS SERVICE PROJECT
By the unanimous agreement of the Board, Thursday, December 20, 2018 was design
ated as a club activity day to supply Christmas Meals for an indigent family. Members dropped off their donations at the Cultural Center between 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM. Board members were on hand to assist in packing and delivering the food items. These were the items donated:
BREAKFAST
Bacon or Sausage, Eggs 2 doz., Grits 5 lbs, 1 lb. butter, Pancakes or flour (5 lbs) to make them, Syrup & 2 Qt. Milk, Bread –Loaf, rolls and cornbread mix
LUNCH
Peanut Butter & Jelly Loaf Bread, Spaghetti and Sauce,
DINNER
Turkey, Ham, Chicken, Ground Beef 3 lbs, Green Beans and Collard Greens, Boxed (4) Mac & Cheese, Rice 5 lbs, Sweet Potatoes, Salad Mix and Salad Dressing,
Drinks
Water (bottled 24 count), Milk, Tea, Juice, Coffee

Our Awards Dinner will be held on September 20, 2018 at the Greenville Commerce Club, 55 Beattie Place, 17th Floor, Greenville, SC 29601. You can invite Guests. The cost is $25.00 per person. Please make your checks payable to Mauldin Civitan Club and give to Jimmy DuRante as soon as possible.
The Civitan District Convention will be at the Hyatt in Greenville on August 24-26. Registration is $75.
District Meeting May 19, 2018
The May meeting will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church in West Columbia. Our special guest will be Civitan International President Kendyl Massey.
